Shipping Policy

Please read the following conditions. Use of this website represents acceptance and acknowledgement of the Shipping Policy set by Myrtle's Distilled Spirits.

With any utilization of this website, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. Usage by anyone under 21 is deemed unlawful and you may be prosecuted under federal jurisdiction.

Purchase of Alcohol Beverages

  1. When purchasing from Myrtle's Distilled Spirits, you consent that you are at least 21 years old and to pay Myrtle's Distilled Spirits the full amount of the order.
  2. You acknowledge that all items purchased on this site is for personal consumption and not for resale.
  3. The customer understands and accepts full liability for knowing and complying with your local and State laws. Once the items have shipped, you (purchaser) are the legal owner of the purchased products, and all liability is placed upon you the customer. Myrtle's Distilled Spirits and its employees are removed from liability pertaining to the sale and shipment of the products at this point.

Shipping Policy

  1. Myrtle's Distilled Spirits currently ONLY SHIPS INSIDE MISSOURI.
  2. You are consenting that you are 21 years of age by using this website and a signature by someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Limit of two (2) cases per month to any person.
  4. Once the package is in the hands of courier, it is the customer's responsibility to track and plan for product arrival.
  5. If no government issued photo identification is shown and the package is delivered, all legal responsibility is upon the courier of the package.
  6. All orders should purchase courier shipping insurance. Orders without shipping insurance will not be issued any reshipments, refunds, or store credit.
  7. Myrtle's Distilled Spirits does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, any ship centers, or outside of the State of Missouri.
  8. Please verify your address is correct prior to submitting your order. We will not modify shipping addresses once the order has been issued a tracking number
  9. All orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 1 to 7 business days (Orders placed during Holidays and federal holidays may take longer to ship).
  10. Orders placed after 2:00pm CT Friday to Sunday will not process or ship until the following business day. This includes expedited shipments.
  11. Myrtle's Distilled Spirits does not take responsibility for shipment time frames once the package has been handed off to the courier (UPS or FDX). Shipping and/or delivery dates are at the discretion of the courier.
  12. Myrtle's Distilled Spirits reserves the right to cancel a customer's order at any point in time. In this event, the customer will receive a refund for the full value of the cancelation.
  13. In the event an item is unavailable, a refund for the items will be issued and the remaining ordered items will ship out. No cancellations or substitution will be processed once the unavailable items have been refunded.

Failed Deliveries

  1. In the case that an order is returned to the shipper due to order refusal, order cancellation, or due to failure of receiving an order in any way: The customer is liable for all shipping charges. The shipping charges in these cases are not refundable, and the customer is liable for any new shipping charges. If the customer still wants their order due to a failed delivery, they will need to place a new order.
  2. Myrtle's Distilled Spirits is not liable for any package(s) that get stolen. All orders deemed “delivered” by courier(s) will not be reshipped or refunded. This includes all orders, with or without shipping insurance.
  3. In the event of a missing or broken item upon delivery, Myrtle's Distilled Spirits requires photographs for evidence of the original packaging and items. We will not provide refunds or replacements without photographs. In the event of no photographs, the customer must repackage and return the bottles to the warehouse to receive any store credit or refunds. This includes all orders with insurance. The amount of refund or store credit is at the sole discretion of Myrtle's Distilled Spirits.
  4. To claim a lost package in transit, seven (7) full days must have passed since the last scan or update on the provided UPS or FDX tracking link.


  1. If a cancellation is issued, the order is subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus a $10 minimum restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS
  2. All orders should purchase courier shipping insurance. Orders without shipping insurance will not be issued any reshipments, refunds, or store credit.
  3. There will be NO refunds or reshipments of any items for orders that were shipped 30 days or more prior to the refund request date.

Myrtle's Distilled Spirits reserves the right at any time to modify any information on this website without notice. If you disagree with any of the content of this website, please do not use this website.
