With any utilization of this website, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. Usage by anyone under 21 is deemed unlawful and you may be prosecuted under federal jurisdiction.

How can I contact you?

  1. All order inquiries can be made through our “Contact Us” page or emailed to customerservice@myrtlesdistilledspirits.com.  Both will get you to our email.

Where can you ship to?

  1. Myrtle’s Distilled Spirits currently ONLY SHIPS INSIDE MISSOURI.
  2. You are consenting that you are 21 years of age by using this website and a signature by someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Is there a Limit on product I can buy?

  1. By law Myrtle’s Distilled Spirits has a limit of two (2) cases per month to any person.

What are your shipping times?

  1. All orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 1 to 7 business days (Orders placed during Holidays and federal holidays may take longer to ship).
  2. Orders placed after 2:00pm CT Friday to Sunday will not process or ship until the following business day. This includes expedited shipments.
  3. Myrtle’s Distilled Spirits does not take responsibility for shipment time frames once the package has been handed off to the courier (UPS or FDX). Shipping and/or delivery dates are at the discretion of the courier.

Why is shipping so expensive?

  1. Shipping costs are determined by UPS & FDX.
  2. Due to age restrictions on alcohol, we are legally required to ask for an adult signature upon delivery. Prices are a little higher for this action.
  3. Rates vary depending on distance, weight, shipping option, and handling.

Do you offer returns and/or refunds?
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. For more details, please read our Refund Policy Page.

  1. Since our items are consumable, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has shipped.
  2. Once your order is successfully delivered, we do not provide refunds or reshipments.
  3. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, please see Refund Policy Page
  4. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items in the event of a failed delivery.
  5. If the refund or cancellation is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  6. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations for orders once the customer has made a bank claim against us.

Do you offer gift options?

  1. Currently, not at this time.  Hopefully, some day in the future we will offer this.

I want to cancel my order?

  1. If the customer no longer wants the order while the package is in transit, the customer is liable for all shipping charges & a 15% cancellation fee plus a $10 minimum restocking fee.
  2. If the refund or cancellation is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to customer's credit card or original payment method.
  3. All refunds will be processed within a calendar month of the returned delivery date to Myrtle’s Distilled Spirits.

Can I change my delivery address?

  1. If your order does not have a tracking number yet:
    1. Go to your confirmation email or your account page, and reference the order # you'd like to edit the address of.  If your order has not been processed yet, you may edit the address there
  2. If the order has been processed and you received a tracking number, please call UPS or FDX once you see movement on your tracking. You may either:
    1. Make minor shipping changes (i.e. add an apartment or unit number, spelling errors).
    2. Ask to be held at a nearby UPS location for pick-up
  3. If you want to reroute the package to a completely different address.  You can do this on your own.  Here is how to do this:
    1. You can create your own account with UPS or FDX at ups.com or fedex.com
    2. Go to your order tracking link (you can find this by clicking on the tracking link. provided for you on your order processing email that we sent you)
    3. Click "Change My Delivery"
    4. Follow the steps from there. Please note for all reroutes, UPS and FDX will charge you an intercept fee.
    5. UPS and FDX will typically reattempt delivery the next day to the new address. Please plan for the package's arrival.
  4. ***The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address upon checkout. Myrtle’s Distilled Spirits is not liable for any package reroutes.
